At Luke’s Good Lifestyle, we want your experience with our products — from one-time purchases to monthly subscriptions — to be simple, transparent, and flexible.
This policy outlines how you can manage, pause, or cancel your purchases and subscriptions.
1. Purchase Options
We currently offer two main purchase options on www.lukesgoodlifestyle.com:
🔹 One-Time Purchases
• Pay once for your product (e.g. Luke’s Gold, Luke’s Greens, LifeFuel, etc.).
• Orders are processed immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but may qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
🔹 Subscription Purchases
• Save with automatic recurring deliveries (monthly or bi-monthly).
• Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically on each renewal date.
• Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime through your Luke’s Good Lifestyle account portal.
2. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription easily through your customer account:
1. Log into your account at www.lukesgoodlifestyle.com.
2. Go to “My Subscriptions”.
3. Choose to pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming order.
⚠ To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please make any changes at least 3 days before your next billing date.
If you need help cancelling, email us at support@lukesgoodlifestyle.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist within 24–48 hours.
3. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel a one-time purchase:
• You may cancel within 12 hours of payment if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
• Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned (see our Return Policy).
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@lukesgoodlifestyle.com with your order number.
4. Failed Payments or Subscription Pauses
If a recurring payment fails:
• You’ll receive an email notification to update your billing details.
• We’ll retry the payment for up to 3 days before pausing your subscription automatically.
• You can reactivate anytime by logging into your account and updating payment info.
5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. Policy Exceptions
We cannot cancel or refund:
• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Promotional or discounted bundles.
• Gift cards or digital products.
