We’re committed to getting your Luke’s Gold, Luke’s Greens, LifeFuel, and other products delivered to you quickly, safely, and affordably — anywhere in South Africa.
1. Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
2. Delivery Times

We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners (including Pudo, The Courier Guy, and Fastway).

Typical delivery times:

Major cities (e.g. Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) 1–3 working days
Outlying / rural areas 3–5 working days

⏱ Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier capacity.
3. Shipping Fees
• Free shipping for all orders.
• Subscription customers automatically qualify for free delivery.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. Pudo Locker Delivery Option

We also offer delivery via Pudo Locker for your convenience:
• Choose your nearest locker point at checkout.
• You’ll receive a PIN and collection details once your parcel arrives.
• Please collect within 48 hours of notification to avoid storage return fees.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 72 hours, please contact us at support@lukesgoodlifestyle.com.
6. Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
• We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost parcels.
• You may be charged an additional delivery fee if the parcel needs to be resent.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lukesgoodlifestyle.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and product

We’ll investigate with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within South Africa.
