Luke’s Gold – Return & Refund Policy

At Luke’s Good Lifestyle, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every batch of Luke’s Gold. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at luke@lukesgoodlifestyle.com with the following:
• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once reviewed, we’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.

3. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you’ll be responsible for shipping fees.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:
• We’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another product of equal value, provided it is unused and unopened.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@lukesgoodlifestyle.com and include your order details.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales
• Gift cards or digital downloads

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
